. The privacy request entails ViviTheVirus is not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
. If you request your commission to be private it is an additional fee of 50% of the total commission quote.

//”Commission Process”
. Once invoices have been sent, payment must be submitted within 3 days. The commission will be terminated should the payment not be made by the date specified.
. All payments are to be made in USD via Paypal.. Communication throughout the commission process will be through Email or Discord, whatever the client prefers.
. Client must remain communicative to ensure that progress can be continuously made till the deliverable date. Should the client maintain an unreasonable non-communicative stand for more than 7 days, ViviTheVirus has the right to proceed without the client's input.
ViviTheVirus may complete or terminate the project should there continue to be no response for 14 days.
. Client must take into consideration that ViviTheVirus may not respond immediately. Please allow a response time of 1-3 working days.
. Three free rounds of minor revisions per individual service. Clients will be responsible for an additional fee of $5 USD for any additional revisions.

. You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
. If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact ViviTheVirus as soon as possible to solve the issue.
. Filing a chargeback will result in an immediate blacklisting.//”Rush Fee”. If the commission requires a priority order an additional fee of 50% of the total commission quote applies.
. The commission will be closed 7 days after the mutual approval of the final deliverable. Any additional changes requested after the project is closed will be considered on a case by case basis.
. All deliverables must be downloaded by the client within 7 days of project completion
